Return and Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with RBelle Boutique!  We want you to love your items as much as we do!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.



 We offer Returns for Store Credit ONLY. 

 No changes or cancellations once orders are placed. 

 All Sale Items are Final Sale.  No Exceptions. 

 Items purchased from RBelle Boutique are eligible for Store Credit within 7 days of receiving order. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 Your item must be in the original packaging.

 Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the return was a result of RBelle Boutique error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).    


 Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service by sending an email to:  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit.



 Free Shipping (standard delivery) on all Domestic Orders of $100 or more

 All orders are shipped via USPS.  Please allow 1 – 3 business days to process orders.  This does not include shipping time.  Shipping takes an additional 3 – 5 business days for standard shipping (excluding holidays and weekends).  Priority shipping takes 2 – 3 business days. 

 International shipping takes 2 – 4 weeks.

 Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.    

**Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 pandemic that there may be a delay in normal shipping time due to limited staff and availability with USPS.**  

 We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or delivered to wrong address.  Please ensure all shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order.  Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning missing packages. 

 Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
